These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User” or “Client”) and M24 Facility Management and Security Services (“M24,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the M24 Facility Management and Security Services website (“Website”) and any related services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our Website and services.

1. User Registration and Accounts
a. To access certain features of the Website and avail of our services, you may be required to register for an account.

2. Payment Terms
a. The terms of payment for services shall be outlined in the mutually agreed-upon contract between M24 and the Client.
b. Late payments may incur additional charges, and M24 reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.

a. Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information disclosed during the course of their engagement.
b. Confidential information shall not be disclosed to third parties without the express written consent of the disclosing party.

4. Intellectual Property
a. All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of M24 or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
b. The Client may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Website without the prior written consent of M24.

5. Limitation of Liability
a. M24 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
b. M24’s total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the services provided under the relevant contract.
